The CYFK series capacitor switch uses a high-speed 32-bit CPU to accurately control the closing and opening of the capacitor's dedicated magnetic holding relay. It enables the capacitor to be switched on at voltage zero crossing, switched off at current zero crossing, switched on without inrush current and switched off without arcing.
The magnetic holding relay has the advantage of zero power consumption during normal operation, with extremely low overall power consumption. The starting power consumption is less than 10% of AC contactor of the same capacity, making it an ideal device to replace AC contactors.
