Our factory, formerly known as a pilot mold factory, was founded in 2002. For a long time, we have been supplying molds for many domestic manufacturers of oil seals, providing continuous service for 20 years. At present, we still retain the mold department of the factory. We can develop new seal molds for customers at the lowest mold cost. Precise molds are the most important prerequisite for the production of seals. Our factory will also constantly inspect the quality of the molds, polish and reprocess them, and ensure the perfect production of seals. We are now specialized in rubber seals, PTFE seals, PU seals and so on, with design, R&D, and production all in one.
We have an advanced mold research and development department, metal surface treatment system, ingredients and feeding mistake-proofing system, rubber mixing, vulcanization, trimming, experimental testing, and materials storage devices with constant temperature and humidity. Our factory produces various types, specifications, and models of high-precision mechanical seal components, helping our clients achieve one-stop shopping, saving time, effort, and worry. We provide OEM & ODM services, and can also customize products according to customer samples or drawings, providing customized services including product and packaging customization. What is your standard packaging?
We offer multiple packaging options to suit your needs:
• Paper roller: 10pcs in one roller, 200 rollers in one carton
• PP bag: 50 or 100pcs in one bag, 15 or 30 bags in one carton
• Box: 1 piece per box
• Custom packaging according to the customer's request.

What is the estimated delivery time?
• 1-2 days if the goods are in stock.
• 10-15 days if the goods are out of stock but the mold is available.
• 25-30 days if the goods are out of stock and require new mold fabrication.

What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% T/T in advance and a 70% balance paid before shipment. We also accept Western Union, PayPal, and other terms open for discussion.

Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders. We have the capability to analyze customer samples, develop specific molds, and put them into production.
