1. How To Order?
Step 1: Please specify the model and quantity you require.
Step 2: A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued to confirm your order details.
Step 3: Once details are confirmed, payment arrangements can be processed.
Step 4: Goods will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
2. When will delivery be made?
Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of full payment.
Stock Order: 3-7 days after receipt of full payment.
OEM Order: 12-20 days after receipt of the deposit.
3. What is the after-sales service policy?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products. If any defective accessories are identified, we will provide replacement parts free of charge in your next order. As an experienced manufacturer, we ensure consistent quality control and support.
4. What are the payment and shipping methods?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C. Shipments are handled via DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, Air freight, or Sea freight.
5. Do you support drop shipping?
Yes, drop shipping support is fully available.
6. Can I print my logo on the LED light products?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on the sample tests prior to mass production.
