Q1: How long does it take to fully charge a car?
To calculate the time to charge a car, you need to know the OBC (on board charger) power of the car, the car battery capacity, and the charger power output.
Hours to fully charge = Battery capacity (kWh) / Lower value of OBC or Charger Power.
For example, if the battery is 40kWh, the OBC is 7kW, and the charger is 22kW, the calculation is 40 / 7 = 5.7 hours. If the OBC is 22kW, then 40 / 22 = 1.8 hours.

Q4: How about the shipping cost?
For smaller shipments, we can arrange delivery via express carriers (FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT, etc.). For larger volumes, shipping can be handled by sea or air. We can provide quotes based on FOB terms, using either our logistics partner or your designated forwarder.
Q5: Do you test all your chargers before shipping?
Yes, all major components undergo testing prior to the assembly process, and each completed charger is fully tested and verified before shipment.
Q6: How about the delivery lead time?
Generally, it takes 3 to 25 working days after receiving prepayment. The specific timeline depends on the ordered items and the final quantity of your order.
